Shipping policy

Shipping Area

Bella Boss ProClean Solutions currently ships only within the 48 contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, or other military addresses.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Processing time is separate from the estimated USPS transit time shown during checkout.

Shipping Carrier and Rates

Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, package weight, package dimensions, and available USPS service.

Delivery dates provided during checkout or tracking are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Customers will receive tracking information by email after the order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us through our Contact page.

Damaged or Leaking Packages

If an order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of:

  • The outside of the shipping box
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged or leaking product
  • Any affected packing materials

Keep the product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed. Eligible damaged or leaking products will be replaced at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Requests to change or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase through our Contact page.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Contact us within 12 hours if an address correction is needed.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned because the address provided was incorrect, incomplete, or unsupported.
